Luis Yanez, FNP-BC

Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner · Founder

Luis is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with experience in primary care, obesity medicine, and telehealth — working in both in-person and virtual settings to deliver care that is evidence-based, practical, and personalized to each patient.

He is especially passionate about metabolic health, weight management, hormone optimization, and preventive medicine — believing that many chronic conditions can be improved, and sometimes reversed, with the right guidance and partnership.

His goal is to simplify complex medical information so every patient feels confident and in control of their health decisions. As a bilingual clinician, he is also committed to connecting with Spanish-speaking patients and bridging gaps in care.
